URGENT WARNING to those seeking Treatment for Hep C

Nicky.....,
Nice....I love going places, too. I am looking forward to my next trip where I am free of the pesky HepC ( I hope) symptoms that have been dogging me for 2 years.
Still managed trips to Italy, France, Amsterdam, Germany, England, Scotland, Yellowstone, and a short one to Mendocino County. Hoping to saddle up my motorcycle when my 12 weeks of Epclusa is finished, if my medical people Ever Get Me Started. (Many delays...this lab and that lab and maybe some cases of Summer-itis)
They have the best coffee in Italy, as far as I can tell, although I make a mean French Press in the kitchen.

Hello, thanks for the welcome! I will be sharing my experiences in the new member area next week, I know many internet searchers want information and this forum IMO (in my opinion) is the best out there. At this moment, I just woke up, just canceled my weekend travel plans to rest up for a big international trip next week. No, I am not rich but have fantastic benefits from working with the airlines for 20 yrs. No money, but the life of a flying, and on a limited budget gypsy. (If I want, !).
I finished the 12weeks of Harvoni and I am so glad I did. I am no longer toxic waste, I am undetected! Anyway, I promise to post from an Internet cafe located in a 3rd world country while I down a fresh cafe' expresso. I will have a full keyboard Rather than this finger jabbing on an iPad I am doing now. Stay well! You souls on this message board are my new BFF. (Will not translate that one)!!!

Hi Nicky,
Thanks for the update and congratulations on your continued undetected status! That's wonderful news, not unexpected though. These are such effective treatments now, it's getting quite rare to hear of any failures. It's a wonderful thing!
You sound like quite the jet setter! I wish I could get away like that, it must be fun to get away to all of those places as often as you're able. Don't go wearing yourself out though! Travel has a way of lighting the candle on both ends. I do know that
I look forward to hearing more on your progress and of course all of the travel updates! Have fun and enjoy your success...
Stay in touch!

Greetings, sorry I failed to check back in. I had some horrific personal issues I had to deal with while on tx. I was successful in completing the treatment, had some side effects, but I forged onward. It was not easy! But here I am, post treatment, virus undetected at 2 months after the last horsepill Harvoni. I am so glad ....I will be posting more on this forum to share my experiences. Thank you for wondering what happened to me. Yes, I did travel, still do, as a matter of fact I decided not to take a short trip to New Mexico today so I could rest up for a longer trip after this Memorial Day weekend. I will be going out of the country again and will be able to spend more time on this forum when I go to an Internet cafe that has actual computers. (I am thumbing on my iPad on cellular broadband access as I type now)

Greetings Nicky and welcome.
It seems my thread title caught your attention. We are glad to have you. Check out the new members area and tell us a bit about what brought your here.
Ahhh the new people smell.
What SF said.
My Northern Sister thank you. Always such a dear and so eager to help folks here. I know I speak for everyone here when I say thank you. Ice sculptures in Houston Texas. Gone like a fart in the wind.
Wendy my Sis you are technically right as usual. But let me say to have a good person trust me, is an honor.
Tig what can I say? Growing up, the handlebars on my Big Wheels were bigger. That right there is a neck ache waiting to happen. Now just imagine, standing in that position and reading, OUT LOUD, Gen 5:3 through 5:32 ! As always the wise advice here, add water.
And then we have our new sister.

Greetings,
When I say I know of what I speak, I know of what I speak. I would say "trust me" but the fact is, you don't know me.
To PROVE that you don't know me I ask you to take pause...
... think to yourself and ask the question; "Do I know this guy?". In fact; "Do I know anyone living in Texas?"
OH and if so, "Do I know any Bikers who live in Texas?"
Oh x 2 you know oo.
"Do I know any Christian Biker in Texas?"
Let me help you. No you don't. Shoot I know 2 and I live here.
Sorry, that's right, the subject matter that brought you to this post.
(You know I really should fire someone. I mean to have gotten this far without someone saying; "Ummm Jimmy... ole buddy ole pal... ) Well you know like regular people and things.
The Subject Line:
The warning is valid and the title is as well. Fact is, if you seek treatment, be forewarned,....
..... you are going to live longer.
That includes, (in my case anyway) the need to plan for and PAY for your daughters wedding. DID THEY TELL YOU THAT WHEN YOU SOUGHT TREATMENT??
That's right, back in the day, I did not have to plan for such. Shoot I was going to die long before any of that stuff came up. Graduations, certain birthday milestones, weddings if ya had a girl, and BAIL if ya had a boy.
Ya know what, boys are definitely cheaper.
Disclaimer: If you raise a serial killer or some other such fruit is somehow the product of your loins.. well.... you probably seen it coming and could have had it have an accident in the tub somewhere along the lines. Don't cry about it now and NO you are not going to get any sympathy here.
I was trying to do some simple banking exercising. FFS check out the note to self I came up with!! ( Attached)
( OK taking time for folks to look at the stupid attachment.)
And a three and a two and a one....
Tap Tap Tap....Is this thing still on?
Ahh go ahead... I mean what the well you know...you read this?
