Just to let everyone know, because a couple of people in Washington sued the makers of Harvoni I believe and they won a settlement and now in this state you cannot be denied treatment because of your viral load or any other factors concerning your levels... Just thought this may be useful info. If you live in the state of Washington go to DSHS or call DSHS to find out more. Some Hep C specialists may know too.

I have been trying to get this medication for years, for I have had Hep C since birth. I have been under the poverty line as well, so I have gone through hell trying to get treatment. Years of waiting lists and false hope. Thank God, this window of opportunity in Washington was available and today was my first day of treatment! :D
