The fever isn't too high and can be caused by any number of things. If you're not spiking a high fever, I would treat it symptomatically, with rest and fluids. If you need something for discomfort or to reduce the fever, ibuprofen or Tylenol is usually recommended.
Is it possible to have been exposed to a bug? We have lots of people here that come down with something while on treatment. Going into any doctors office or even the pharmacy/grocery store will expose you to all kinds of pathogens. Use good handwashing techniques and sanitizer whenever you're out and about. If you have been spending more time resting and not adequately hydrating, that alone can cause your temperature to elevate. Drink more fluids and get outside for a walk. They will both help!

I am on day 45 of epclusa with no real side effects. However I have developed a low grade fever - this is Day 3 of it. don't have any side effects of a virus... Just fever ranging from 99 to 100. I have not seen this as a side effect anywhere but wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar? If it is not gone by Monday I will contact my doctor but thought I would check here first. I must admit that I have slowed down on my water intake, but will make sure that I drink drink drink!!
