thank you iris for bringing the chapstick up, i tossed every thing out that had contact with my skin. i had some extra eyeshadow, powedr and blush brushes so i tossed out the old and dug out the the stored ones. that was easy enough to do.
then ordered some new blush, powder and lipbalms. i had a cpl unopened ones of those as well, but decided to stock up today anyway. i'm a person who likes to stock up but too lazy to change up.
but i appreciate that you thot of it at all. 5

Well, the virus couldn't possibly live on lipstick could it? I think I'm just being paranoid about the chap stick. My goodness that would freak me out, I used other peoples chapstick, my moms chapstick etc. I still have a hard time believing the little dragon isn't spread by mosquito bite, if one could get it from a toothbrush from which I have just spread burning tooth paste? Whaaa? and the little bugger carries malaria just doesn't make sense, I thought the virus was relatively fragile and couldn't survive well in water or air. Guess it can live in india ink because that must have been the way I got it.
I just had a horrible thought last mothers day, I cut myself dozens of times on rose thorns, and all the other times I was cut, stabbed and poked, I have bled many many times in my 31 years in the floral industry. Can't really avoid it, it comes with the job. I would do my best to wrap it up after, but band aids don't stay on in the water. What if I have spread it that way? Oh dang, oh stomach ache, I sure hope not.
so, I'll see you guys when I jump on the train tomorrow.

Hey Iris,
Mr. Jerk? Ha, ha! Be glad you’re not taking Ribavirin. He’s lucky you’re not taking Riba, lol! That may have turned out very unpleasant for him! I hope he comes around and sees the light (or it could get very dark.)
We always changed our razors and toothbrushes after we started treatment. I’m not sure it makes a whole lot of difference, but everything that might have some blood on it probably doesn’t hurt to replace when you start. The most important thing, as always, is to never let someone else use them. It’s not something most people do anyway, but it‘s Important to avoid and let those that might consider it, know it’s forbidden. Metal scissors and clippers can be soaked in a 1:10 household bleach solution for an hour to clean them up anytime you feel the need. Not a good idea to share them either. That’s nothing new and advice we have recommended for years. Chapstick? Change it and don’t share it either. You won’t cause any chance of relapse or treatment failure with your own stuff. Common sense safety, protects others.
Good luck and let the slaying begin! Be sure and start a new thread in the On Treament section tomorrow. We‘ll be here to support and cheer you on

Hahahaha!, I'm liking that imagery ...magic beans, yes! These will be my magic beans.
I'm having some anxiety today, I had wanted to sleep in, but mr. Jerk man did his normal jerk thing and woke me up with his early am noise making antics, I was thinking this would be my last day of waking up exhausted (well technically tomorrow) but I'll probably wake up tomorrow with anxious energy about downing that first tab. I'm also very anxious about not having a real good support system in the house, mr Jerk will likely be of no empathy or help in any way. My daughter isn't far away and said she will be my support and then I have you guys, thank Goddess for that!
I had a question I forgot to ask the dr. but do y'all suppose I should get a new toothbrush and shaver? I had also some concern about a chapstick sort of lip balm. Sometimes one has cracked and bloody lips, do you think re-infection can happen through a chapstick?
Anyway my meds have been all charged up on the full moon the slaying is about to begin. I'll spend some time polishing up my Claymore.

Hello Iris!
FINALLY!!
I’m so happy for you, what a wonderful piece of awesomeness! I just know you’re going to do well. All good things come to those that wait, they say. If that’s true, you already know how this will turn out. As a matter of fact, I’m sure of it!
Harvoni is actually a drug made up of two components, Sovaldi (Sofosbuvir) 400mg and Ledipasvir (90mg). Sovaldi is the NS5B magic and Ledipasvir is the NS5A. Together they break the replication cycle in two locations, which is why it’s so effective. I’ll add a link to the Monograph below. That way you can read up on it and thoroughly confuse yourself, lol! Not really, it’s very cut and dry. You take it at the same time everyday and drink a gallon of water faithfully each day as well. If you do that, your Dragon will end up on the Ye Ol’ BBQ Spit!
I was going to say waiting for my meds but before I could get on, the Fed Ex guy was here knocking on the door.
So it's here ! it's here!! Its really here!!! Well, wait... let me open the box. Wish I know how to post a pic, I want to share this journey has been soo freaking long coming.
Yep it's in there.!!!! Woo Hooooooooo!!!!! It says Harvoni 90mg/400mg What's the 90 about? looks to me all 12 weeks are in this bottle and it did not come with a refrigerator pac like they said. I was under the impression there would be 3 deliveries, with well 28 doses if were talking 12 weeks, right? It says store at room temp.
Oh My gosh... I'm supposed to call the Dr .right now to line up blood work. Bye for now!
