The recovery isn’t automatic. Destroying the virus is one step along the journey to renewed health. SVR is the most important for sure, and that opens the door for all other good things to follow. We have to look at SVR as the big leap and recovery as baby steps. Before long you’ll be running like a 3 year old, with a big smile on your face! Patience is the emotion we all need more of during the recovery phase. If we can grasp that, all things are possible. Look at me now, I’m at that 4 year old stage (little troublemaker) and enjoying the Hep C free life. The horns are growing and I’m having fun!
Stay the course!

but i'm happy and feel good so i like that.
i'm still drinking lots of water and taking care of me and my hard working immune system
and i'm following every one's journey as they focus on "is it time for my pill? and where's my water?"

I love this thread!
STL was the first to call my Mavyret pills, the magic bean, and I thought it was such an appropriate title to our wonderful meds!
Hope as each day passes 5, you feel stronger and better! Keep us posted please!

Well that made me laugh first thing in the morning since my "magic beans" seems to be a big hit round here. ROFL. Saw this just as I was getting my cuppa and taking my days little bit of magic, "Magic Bean" number 60 to be exact. My magic beans are Epclusa but yours can be be anything that is working a bit of magic on your system. We all need a bit of magic to finally be ridding our system of this virus that has plagued most of us for so many years. These things really are a little bit of magic for us all. Some times we must all believe in magic. With the help of our wonderful DAA's a fairytale ending will be ours!

Since we have a new group of Warriors that refer to their new treatment drugs as their ”Magic Bean”, I thought this new thread would be a fun place for everyone to share some or all of their journey. We have the Harvoni Train and others, so enjoy your thoughts in one or all of your favorite sections. You are always encouraged to start your own thread to share your personal thoughts and journey, but these community threads can be a lot of fun.
