Not to my knowledge but Greg Jeffreys is someone I would listen to. My liver doc recently told me he is prescribing Harvoni less now and both Epclusa and Mavyret more as they are approved for all genotypes and Mavyret is less expensive.

I have seen one reference from Greg Jeffreys, who is well respected in the Hep C community, that speculates one should not take too much water with your Harvoni and take it with food. Not a question of dilution or neutralization but maximizing absoption. You must not take antacids at the same time as Harvoni as they interfere with absorption of ledipasvir. During the rest of the day you should be drinking a full gallon of water with any DAA. As always follow your treating Drs instructions. 

Has anyone ever heard that one can drink too much water after immediately taking Harvoni so much so that it might dilute or neutralize the drug?
