Uses. Daclatasvir is used with another antiviral medication (sofosbuvir) to treat chronic (long-lasting) hepatitis C, a viral infection of the liver. Daclatasvir should never be used without sofosbuvir. Daclatasvir and sofosbuvir may also be used with another antiviral medication (ribavirin).
