Ah, yes. Back during the holidays I was in my "want to die so I can get better" stage. A highball sized glass of egg nog and a half-inch slice of fruit cake was standard fare on many days. But whole milk and Pecan Sandies from Keebler (15g of fat for three cookies) were running close second.

Good resource for those of you in that miserable "20 grams of fat" phase of your life.  See link below.  My all-time fave was egg nog but that is seasonal!
