Hey Shep,

I took my bike out tonight for my first ride in over 2 months. Felt great. Movement is good I think. So is positive thinking.

Might have to try it again tomorrow.

Well finally got out the old bike and took a short ride. It was a beautiful morning--it was a little tough but and the last hot winds of Issac were trying to blow me off course--but I did it. It felt so good! Really did my body, mind and heart good--the heart has taken a beating this year. Didn't realize how much it was hurt until I stopped being the numb zombie princess and starting coming back to life.

But... I am keeping myself busy and staying positive. The recovery is going better--the thyroid is under control for the moment. Am working with my farm buddies on a pesto fundraiser, community meals, and cooking some good food. I really do feel more alive and am hopeful about the future.

I hope everyone is doing well are as good as they can be! And wish everyone success. smile
