I just finished a Triathlon too. Made it from the couch, to the bathroom and then on to the kitchen. While I ended up last, I'm proud of my accomplishment. Not as proud and envious as I am of you, but close (LOL). Great news that your on the mend.

I look forward to walking all the way to the other side of the Park and back.

4 floors of stairs, i am done at 4 stairs period.

Wow, I have enough trouble with one hour of gym, and that's without treatment lol! Cudos!

wow,  triathlon??? i cant do more than 4 floors of stairs without collapsing hehehe...

8 months post tx I just completed my first triathlon in almost 3 years.  Had a great time today.  I'm still far from where I was 3 years ago but this was a big step in the right direction.

Just wanted to share something good for anybody struggling on tx or post tx.

It is worth it!  Keep going!
