Hi John, the latest news is that Gilead`s Sofosbuvir is likely to be approved in December this year, or thereabouts. That will be the best drug for you as you`ve already been through incivek treatment, although it will be used with Peg and Riba for genotype 1 initially, until the NS5A blocker Ledipasvir is approved, which is likely to take another year or two.  If you could get on a trial using a Sofosbuvir and Ledipasvir combo that would probably be your best bet.  There are phase 3 trials currently going on and maybe the best thing would be to ask your doctor if he can let you know if one becomes available in your area.  Best of luck, hope you don`t have to wait too long.
