Just got the result today, and we both are really happy about it.  Only 3 more months until he achieves SVR.

Plus, he is not having any side effects post treatment and is back to his pretreatment self!

That's great news Carol, so happy to hear!

Being back to pretreatment self: Priceless!

Way to go!  I'm so happy for you and your husband.  A new life awaits, all will be well in 3 months.  Congratulations.

And just to add one thing to this post - your husband could not have done so well without your caring and support.  My wife Lisa has given me so much support throughout my liver cancer diagnosis and subsequent surgery as well as the 48 weeks on the triple therapy.  I could not have done it without her stellar support all along.  Just her understanding, patience and willingness to take on this burden also.  I thank her from the bottom of my heart and thank you and all the other people who stick by their partners and/or friends to help those of us infected with HCV to undergo this sometimes brutal treatment.

Hey Carol

That is really the best news, with all the time and effort that you and your husband put into the treatment and all that comes with it you are to be conmended.

Now both of you can feel good and ready to move on without the long term effects of HCV

Matt
