Hi Brian,

Congrats on getting to the end of triple. It's no mean feat. You will slowly improve over the next few months so take it easy. Good luck with the VL tests. Cheers.

Congratulations, hopefully this is the last time you ever have to post as a person with Hep, and now become a person that had!

You will slowly start to feel better physically but mentally it such a great relief immediately. Congratulations!

It took me about 6 months to get rid of the damn Riba. It was worth it though. Way to go!

Brian, Congratulations on finishing the triple trials & tribulations!    I expect that you'll experience a noticable rapid improvement in the quality of life, as your hgb levels return to normal.     Best wishes for your full recovery and of course SVR.

Very well done, Brian, congrats, you did it! Welcome to Post Treatment!

Well, in the same way that everyone responds differently when on treatment, so it is for recovery time and pace. Some people notice the difference in energy and mood within a few days, whereas for others it can take quite a while longer, so please don`t be despondent if you don`t bounce back straight away.  Your recovery will happen in its own time so my advice is to be patient and give yourself time to recuperate and relax.

Wishing you all the best for a smooth and speedy recovery, keep us posted!  smile

Congrats from me too Brian! I know the struggle you endured and you handled it like a trooper! Now take some time to relax and start the recovery. As Bill mentioned it does take some time and I'm also close to my 10 week post Tx date and I've noticed ever increasing similarities to what we call "normal". So be patient, know it will return and plan on it taking just as much time to return as it took to get there. By your EOT  +12 VL, you'll be feeling good and waiting to get more good news....SVR will make it all worthwhile!  PTL!

Congratulations!  I bet you will feel first of all a sense of relief - no more pills and darts.  You will also feel  better in many ways, though it might take a while to feel back to your old self again.  At 10 weeks post-tx for me I am just starting to get back to feeling like I was prior to starting tx, but I know I will feel even better than that.  It is great to have more energy again.
