Thanks Dave! This is great news. The availability will not be based on fibrosis, but on simple diagnosis. The changes are looking very promising. The longterm costs will be reduced in the billions. How does that not make you smile (and the bean counters too)! The reduced suffering of patients and their families will be enormous...

More states apparently following this trend of Hep C drugs to all who need them, not just the sickest.
