I am not sure I understand your question fully, but I believe it concerns "disclosure", which is a topic that has repeatedly come up, a lot, for discussion on this site! 

Mostly, people have been conversing about it, while they are actively infected with the virus, but even after you are cured, it is still a question, as whether to "disclose" your cured status or not.

Maybe these words will help you:

2) From another thread here - Tig expounding to one gentleman member on different areas of importance to consider, whether to tell, or not to tell, people (medical or otherwise) in the future ... Tig56 wrote:

Telling others is on a case by case basis. I always inform those that are caring for my health, even years after SVR. There are dozens of extra hepatic manifestations caused by HCV that may not be resolved after SVR. Your physician or other healthcare provider might miss the connection to HCV if they aren't informed. Just my  ...
