Please keep us posted at your 6 months! Sounds so encouraging!
Some of us will still be on med in 3 months:) so thankful
I have made it this long....9 weeks:)

That's great news, Daniel and as others have commented, the odds are well stacked in your favour! smile

Not everyone can get a 3 month check and have to wait for the 6 months. Reliable sources say that if the you are going to relapse, it usually happens pretty quickly after tx.

 my dr that i saw while mine was on vaca said 3motnhs post tx =cured! ill still follow up @ 6 but i took my test 4 months post tx so i should be ok

Saw my dr on Monday. I will do a VL at 3 months, and followup at 6 months. I could not get him to say SVR at 3.

geno 1a, mother & brother also hep c +...mom got a blood transfusion and passed it along.  Started tx with incivik 11/23/11 and brother started 2/8/2012.  Both of us und. at 4,8,12 and me at 24.  I am going 36 wks and brother is going 48 weeks.

Geno 1b, IL28B CT,  x3 prior relapser,  ex-cirrhotic, 75 yo, did 48 weeks with Victrelis/Peg./Riba.  VL 1.28m at start, UNDET. at 8 ,12 ,16 ,24 ,30  and 48 weeks.  EOT 15 Feb 2013 , UNDET. at EOT + 28 weeks. SVR!  Still Undet. at EOT +5 years

gratz, did your dr say the same thing mine did? if neg @ 3 months you are SVR?any follow up @ 6months?
