Hehehe, as soon as I saw the thread title, I also knew it had to be yours, Alan!  Wow, that is VERY impressive!  I could not do anything close to that, 4 weeks post.  I still can't do my exercise even 1/8 of the way, at 5.5 weeks post.  So glad you're still UND, yeah!!!!!   smile

Get that SVR! I need to get back into bike riding after tx. Being anemic sucks.

Alan, I saw the thread title and I knew it HAD to be your post! Sounds like a great bike ride... wash away the past and turn up the heat!
My 4 week labs looked really good. All the blood returning to normal or very close. ALT and AST the lowest every! I do my 3 month at the end of Oct.

Just got back home from a 28.5 mile bicycle ride with two friends. We did the ride in a little over two hours of riding time, three hours including stops. The last seven miles were in rain. The last three miles were in a frog strangler, gully washer thunderstorm, which soaked everything. Nobody hurt, and we had a ball, but it sure felt funny riding home in the SUV with the heat on in a Maryland August. Once again, a brief glimmer of recovery from treatment. Much easier than the metric century in June. That was a life event. Labs tomorrow for four weeks post treatment. These will be some tough waits for the results. This one, and the twelve week port and twenty-four week post labs are the path to SVR. Alan
