Congratulations; that is wonderful news!!  You've completed the long haul, like Kiwi and a few others.  Long, strange trip for sure!  Yep, the muscle and joint pain is a common theme; I don't think I know anyone who's escaped that.  Same with the vision.  I had to wear my glasses all throughout tx but about a month after tx, I was able to go without, again.  The interferon definitely affects the eyes, and quite rapidly, too.

That is great news!! I have lots of aches and pains post--but they are minor. Have had a bit of eye trouble--but overall things are good! I think the tx speeds the aging process a bit--now it is up to us to get busy and start feeling young again or at least to try faking it!

good on ya mate. im right at the same stage. and funnily enough, i think my vision has changed. before treatment i know i needed to hold out the paper or something, someone said when my arm is too short i need glasses.

well i cant even be on the computer without them these days. not sure if it is age or treatment. but it came on pretty quick. hmmmmm

Well, I finished my 48 weeks on August 10, and on October 22 was still UND!! From 69 million plus to 0 in just 48 weeks! I feel pretty confident that I'll stay this way, and so does my doctor. I think my vision is somewhat worse than before treatment, but I'm older too, of course. I have the joint and muscle pain as well. Best of luck to all on treatment or waiting for treatment. Heading out. What a long strange trip it's been.

awesome... Yeah...  I needed that before I signed off... my vision has changed as well, eyelashes falling out, my bed has my body imprint.. I have lots of other sx effects as well.. I can dig the long strange trip.. and I am in week 8... I want to be the Ramone song... I want to be sedated... All the best to you... peace and love MJ
