Genotype 3.  Treatment started on 1/11/2013 with Ribavirin and Pegatron.  Week 4 UND.  Week 12 UND.  Ended treatment on 6/28/2013.  Six months post treatment 12/04/2013 SVR.

Congrats Neil!! It must feel great not to have to take the pills. Keep us informed of how great life is after treatment.....its so encouraging to us that are just begining our road to SVR!

Yea Neil! It is wonderful to turn those alarms off!! I remember doing that with great pleasure. Let the recovery begin!! Congrats!!

Congratz on getting to the end! 48 weeks of Victrelis triple is no picnic. Recover quickly, but be patient. Good luck for the VL's to come. Cheers.

Geno 1b, IL28B CT,  x3 prior relapser,  ex-cirrhotic, 75 yo, did 48 weeks with Victrelis/Peg./Riba.  VL 1.28m at start, UNDET. at 8 ,12 ,16 ,24 ,30  and 48 weeks.  EOT 15 Feb 2013 , UNDET. at EOT + 28 weeks. SVR!  Still Undet. at EOT +5 years

Well said Neil. Congratulations!! I have no idea how you did this without setting alarms. I would probably have slept through half of my doses.

I'm new to this club I am starting therapy 1st week in July I am scared but posts like yours make me realize that its can be done, thanks again!

 geno 1, started peg and riba 7/5/13, now 29th day is vicrellis ***tonib VL started 6 million, after 5 weeks 374,000, after 8 weeks 150,000....the big test for VL is 9/27 at 12 weeks  TAKEN OFF THERAPY JUST NOT WORKING FOR ME...12 WEEKS STILL HAVE 9000 VL

What a great feeling, Neil, Cindy too!  The victrelis triple is very demanding with so many pills to take daily, and it must be a challenge just to keep up with them, never mind the sx on top!

Take some time out for rest and recuperation now, well done!!�biggrin�

Not an issue as I didn't use them during Tx. Maybe 3 times I set alarm when my timing was off

so I could get up at 2:30.

This afternoon I did catch myself looking to see what time my next meds were....lol.

Today was the first day in 11 months I didn't have to get up to take pills to start the day.

17 pills a day was hell plus the weekly shot. To all the members starting Tx, just remember

that it is doable and perseverence will get you to the end.
