Hi Shep,

Great to hear from you, and especially that life is good. I'm now 20 weeks post Tx and still have aches and pains, but perhaps I'm getting old. Enjoy your HCV-free life, and check in from time to time. Cheers!!

Wow! Today is the anniversary of finishing tx--it has been quite the year! And I am very happy to report that I am feeling pretty darn good. Have a few aches and pains, an on-going eye infection (really not a big deal), and minor thyroid issues. But overall--I'm good. Been painting rooms, moving furniture and moving kids out-of-my house! Feeding that baby her last worm and pushing her outta the nest. Actually--I am truly excited for my youngest daughter that she is starting her own life--new job, new apartment and new grown-up responsbilities. Other changes--lost my dear father, put Mom into a wonderful assisted living facility which is closer to me and reluctantly she really likes it. My oldest child moved back and is only 25 miles away rather than half way accross the country. And she brought those grand kids--so I can spoil them rotten.

I am gaining on feeling great! Tx is one of the most difficult things ever--but for me it was well worth it! Could not have made it without this forum! Hang in there people --there is life after TX. I gained not only good friends through this forum but have also come to realize that I have a lot of strength that never knew I had. But also learned that everyone needs help and support through difficult situations and periods of their life.

Hugs to everyone--gonna keep checking in--so happy to see that so many are getting tx and helping each other through.

Donna
