I would be looking at my Bilirubin level and also Albumin , One or both of those should be raised, unless you are bleeding somewhere, Your urine should be vary dark or amber , The cells have to be going somewhere, unless something is wrong with your bone marrow.  This is strange indeed. Let us know what the Doc says, OK.?

My platelet count has been in the 60's & 70's for the past couple of years, my WBC from 2.9 to 3.4 +/-.   Right before starting treatment, my platelet count was 75.  The platelet count is slowly coming back up.  I'm going to check in with Dr. to see what he recommends.

Wow, I've not heard of anyone suffering a platelet drop on these drugs, or any significant hematological issues for that matter (without riba).

What were you platelets at prior to tx?  What happened with your WBC?

Finished Solvadi/Olysio regimen on 7/20/14.  HCV was non detectible at 4 weeks as well as 12 weeks.  All of my liver functions were normal @12 weeks.  They have not been normal since 1973 when I first contracted the disease.  The side effects on Solvadi/Olysio were negligible and easily tolerated.  My only issue now is the treatment dropped my platelet count down to 32 but they are starting to slowly come back up along with my WBC.  I am taking it easy, eating right, exercising a bit but still feel fatigued.  Anyone else experiencing similar post treat. side effects?
