Thank you everyone for the warm welcome!

Jaded - thank you for the  support!

Tig56- yes, I believe I am VERY fortunate to be able to start treatment F1-F2. I was denied by my insurance, denied appeal and applied to Support Path. Amazingly, they approved me within a week of receiving my application and even my doctor said he had not seen it go through that fast before. Not sure why but am counting my blessings!  Thank you for the link to the Harvoni thread - look forward to "meeting" others on this path!

Cinnamon Girl - thank you for the welcome and I look forward to being part of this group! I glad you like my avatar! It was a photo I took at Aquarium of the Pacific a couple of years ago!!!

Peace!!!!

Hi Robin,

Welcome to the forum! You're among friends and lucky to be able to start Harvoni as a F1-2. The money huggers have been doing their best to make people wait until they experience more advanced fibrosis. As Jaded mentioned, you should respond very positively to treatment and will see rapid reductions and clearance of the virus. These new drugs are golden!

I want to direct you to our thread established by and for our Harvoni warriors. Check it out and say hi. You should be hearing from everyone fairly soon! I'm glad you're here and wish you the very best. If you have any questions, just let us know. I'm really glad you're here!

You are in great shape and will likely be undetectable by the end of the week. Get ready to be free of Hep C. Enjoy the ride.

Hello Everyone,

I started treatment with Harvoni today and am excited and scared all at once. This has been a long time coming for me and am so grateful that I am getting treated. I hope to walk this journey with all of you!
