Hello Bob57.

 This 1st post of yours unfortunately did not get a response near as well as your as your 2nd post, "kind of lost" in the 'on treatment' section. Because you have already received several welcomes in that thread, and also because it has some really good information already, I'm going to link that thread here, and close this thread so that other members that have not had the opportunity to welcome you yet will be directed there.
